It's not slop it's the beautiful art you have created.
When I see artists call the work, the fanfiction, the art "slop".......... it's too much...... please....... you are sharing your heart with me. It is a delicacy. it is homemade.
You're letting them win. Everything you make is a moment captured in time.
Why are you afraid to stand by your work? Why are you afraid to say, proudly, that is is your time, your effort and yourself? Is it cringe? Can you not bare it? Can you not bare someone seeing you for yourself? Can you not meet the person saying Hey, I love this, I see this! Can you not give them respect?
Slop is work made by nobody that stands for nothing. It has no vision, it only exists to take up space.
My dream is to one day give everyone enough confidence as grifters who churn out this, actual, slop. You are more powerful using your own words, your own ideas, and your own skills.
